PANDORA TOMORROW was the first Splinter Cell game to feature multiplayer, not Chaos Theory. My mistake.

While there have been plenty of multiplayer that feature stealth, it's mostly been a particular brand of stealth that encourages you to act fast and move quickly. While there is sneaky fun to be had, you are often encouraged to eschew stealth and just sprint about the map, chasing high scores and kills.
While it may not have been it's intention, in this video I argue as to why Playerunknown's Battlegrounds is perhaps the best stealth multiplayer game of all time.
