Explore the Baltic Sea and its coastal treasures through an eleven-course tasting menu at the Barents restaurant.
The menu is based on world cuisine, but all flavors are local — during the tasting, you will come across the names of fish you have probably already heard: smelt, Baltic herring, brisling, and sea bull. The menu includes six starters, two main courses, and three desserts.
Talking about the desserts, in this set, I found the most delicious dessert I have ever eaten (I have eaten a lot) — Bombe Alaska, a traditional Finnish easter dessert with ice cream and cake, topped with brown meringue.

Raw meets chic at the brand-newitk store, which recently opened in Vilnius (Gedimino 52).
'The situation with the Vilnius location is pretty much identical to the Riga one, we just saw a gap that we can fill in and create a hub for people with the same interests and similar mindsets.
In terms of the shopping experience, our signature vibe is definitely staying. Even though our two stores differ, it is crucial for us to preserve the itk's DNA and channel it through our resources,' says itk co-founder Artem Belikov.
Btw, guys are looking for a shop assistant to work in this beautiful space architected by Miglė Surdokaitė.
Warmest congratz to my dear friends! 🤍
