Solid effort that takes Volume 4-era Sabbath and mixes in a good dose of classic hard rock. Snowchild throw stoner, psych, blues and hard rock into a big melting pot, chuck in a big dollop of groove and serve it molten hot. 6 years ago these Wichita fuzzers managed to birth a debut album that came on like a churning maelstrom of sound, and today still continues to punch listeners in the face with a heavy sound that mimics the stoner rock of yore, but is also undeniably their own. Hey there. This instrument has been a passion project of mine over the past 6 months. The Chordolo uses a “LeStrum” board and a Teensy to make an Omnichord-inspired synth in the form-factor of a guitar. I wanted to make instrument that is portable, easy to pickup and play, but with more synth controls and effects than an Omnichord.
