    📕 Различия между 💡don't need to и 💡needn't 📌 don’t need to - нет необ­хо­ди­мо­сти в чем-то в ОБЩЕМ You don’t need to work on Sundays (habitual thing). 📌 needn't - в чем-то нет необ­хо­ди­мо­сти по ка­ко­му-то отдельному, осо­бо­му слу­чаю You needn't work today (specific occasion). 💡don't have to - ещё один глагол, который выражает отсутствие необходимости, мы можем использовать его вместо don’t need to и needn’t, при этом не изменяя смысла, например: He doesn’t have to get up early. He doesn’t need to get up early. He needn’t get up early. 📕 Различия между 💡needn’t have + PP и 💡didn't need to 📌 needn’t have + PP - когда хотим по­ка­зать, что было совершено ненуж­ное дей­ствие He needn’t have bought a new car (но он её всё равно купил). 📌 didn't need to - когда ука­зы­ва­ем на то, что необ­хо­ди­мо­сти в со­вер­ше­нии дей­ствия не было, при этом нам со­вер­шен­но не важно, сде­ла­ли мы его в ко­неч­ном итоге или нет, чаще всего didn't need to озна­ча­ет, что дей­ствие НЕ было со­вер­ше­но, так как в этом не было необ­хо­ди­мо­сти He didn’t need to take an umbrella (мы не знаем, взял он зонт или нет). @i_like_eng #grammar
