The first question from you: of all of the visions i have for my future self... I will only ever live one. How can that ever be enough?

You know, I try not to make everything about capitalism, although most things are kind of about capitalism. If you look from a 'growth mindset' (not growth as a person but like growth as in an upward trajectory, always gaining more than you had before), then realizing that you only have one life might feel devastating...

Until you realize that you probably only have the mental capacity for one life! Living more than one life sounds really stressful. I feel really excited about living, but I also already feel a little bit exhausted. I can't imagine how i'm gonna feel when i'm 80!

So I am actually quite thankful that we only have one life. And that it is usually under 100 years. Because I know I only have really the capacity for that.

Wishing that you could live more than one life sounds like not being at peace with your own limitations as a person. It's kind of like going to a shop and buying two shoes and then woefully lamenting the fact that you don't have a third foot so you can't buy another shoe? Dude, you've got two nice shoes. Go home! 'Clarks' is not the place for an existential meltdown.
