Но блин, Сиэттл вот тратит 100 000$ в год (да, вы правильно прочитали - 100 тысяч долларов в год) на одного бездомного, а ситуация становится только хуже. Уровень преступлений растет, количество бездомных не уменьшается. Города пока что пытаются повышать налоги, чтобы залить в эту черную дыру еще больше денег, собранных с жителей города.
