Стоимость монеты Litecoin за сутки увеличилась примерно на 12 процентов на фоне ожидаемого халвинга. Специалисты Binance Research сообщили, что после снижения наград майнерам, запланированного на 6 августа, криптовалюта может взять новый максимум.
✅Одной из причин проведения халвинга в сети Litecoin является рост хешрейта на 150 процентов с начала текущего года. Стоимость криптовалюты за данный период увеличилась почти в четыре раза, достигнув отметки в 115 долларов за единицу. Еще в январе на большей части бирж за нее просили 22 доллара.
Доходность майнинга Litecoin за соответствующий период увеличилась всего на 125 процентов, несмотря на стремительный рост стоимости криптовалюты. Специалисты связывают данную тенденцию с повышенной сложностью добычи монеты. Из-за этого было принято решение сократить награду за майнинг в два раза.

The cost of Litecoin coins per day increased by about 12 percent against the background of the expected halving. Specialists at Binance Research reported that after miners reduced their remarks, scheduled for August 6, the cryptocurrency could take a new maximum.

P2P-биржа биткоина HodlHodl объявила о добавлении поддержки платежей Lightning Network в статье на Medium.
В объявлении биржа утверждает, что «теперь каждый может покупать биткоины и получать их непосредственно в свой кошелек Lightning, а также продавать BTC напрямую со своего кошелька Lightning». В сообщении также отмечено, что платформа ранее протестировала поддержку Lightning Network в тестовой сети.
В публикации подчеркивается, что фактическая процедура не будет сильно отличаться по сравнению с обычной транзакцией на HodlHodl:
🔺 «Единственное отличие состоит в том, что в течение срока действия контракта мы храним средства в нашем кошельке Lightning, который защищает как продавца, так и покупателя от мошенничества, и контракты становятся дешевле, быстрее и проще».

HodlHodl cryptocurrency exchange added support for Lightning Network☝️

Bitcoin P2P-Exchange HodlHodl announced the addition of support for payments to the Lightning Network in an article on Medium.
In the announcement, the exchange claims that “now everyone can buy Bitcoins and receive them directly into their Lightning wallet, as well as sell BTC directly from their Lightning wallet”. The report also noted that the platform had previously tested support for the Lightning Network in a test network.
The publication emphasizes that the actual procedure will not be much different compared to a normal transaction on HodlHodl:
“The only difference is that during the term of the contract, we store funds in our Lightning wallet, which protects both the seller and the buyer from fraud, and contracts become cheaper, faster and easier.”
Finally, the company notes that the implementation will not affect the rest of the platform, and that the usual multi-signature BTC transactions used on the platform will still not be stored.
📍HodlHodl is not the first platform that decided to support the Lightning Network. Last May, Vaultoro, which exchanges Bitcoin for gold, introduced payments through the Lightning Network. And in April of this year, a new Bitcoin exchange was launched with support for the Lightning Network and “underwater swaps”.

В докладе под названием «Блокчейн после хайпа» предлагается создание экономической системы, основанной на блокчейне. При этом следующим шагом на пути к созданию такой системы должен стать выпуск «франк-токена», контролируемого центральным банком страны.

🔺Как сообщил представитель биржи, для выпуска токена компания заключила партнерское соглашение с американским кастодиальным сервисом Prime Trust. Данный сервис также хранит часть средств, обеспечивающих стабильную криптовалюту TrueUSD. Кроме того, он обеспечивает возможность фиатной торговли для американского подразделения биржи Huobi.
