Украинская криптовалютная биржа Kuna выпустила стейблкойн UAX, привязанный к украинской гривне в соотношении 1:1. Бета-тестирование UAX продлится до 20 марта 2020 года.
Новый стейблкойн создан на базе блокчейна Эфириума, поэтому UAX будет поддерживать основные стандарты ERC-20 и ERC-865. Первая эмиссия UAX составит 1 млн монет, а первый этап внедрения стейблкойна предусматривает интеграцию с игроками рынка, техническое тестирование на децентрализованных финансовых платформах, а также проведение исследований в рамках «новейшей теории экономики».
📝Для привязки к украинской государственной валюте Kuna планирует внедрить метод аудита Proof-of-Reserve (доказательство резерва), который используется многими крупными криптовалютными биржами, в том числе биржей Kraken. Схема Proof-of-Reserve предназначена для проведения независимого аудита с криптографической верификацией. Это дает гарантию наличия резервов клиентских средств в полном объеме.

The Ukrainian cryptocurrency exchange Kuna released the stablecoin UAX, tied to the Ukrainian hryvnia in a 1: 1 ratio. UAX beta testing will last until March 20, 2020.
The new stablecoin is based on the Ethereum blockchain, so UAX will support the core ERC-20 and ERC-865 standards. The first issue of UAX will be 1 million coins, and the first stage of the introduction of stablecoin provides for integration with market players, technical testing on decentralized financial platforms, as well as research within the framework of the “latest theory of economics”.
✏️To link to the Ukrainian state currency, Kuna plans to introduce the Proof-of-Reserve audit method (proof of reserve), which is used by many large cryptocurrency exchanges, including the Kraken exchange. The Proof-of-Reserve scheme is designed to conduct an independent audit with cryptographic verification. This guarantees the availability of reserves of client funds in full.
The stablecoin will be publicly presented by the founder of the Kuna exchange, Mikhail Chobanyan, at the BlockchainUa 2020 conference, which will be held in March. According to Chobanyan, Kuna will be the first exchange to issue a stablecoin tied to the hryvnia. The head of Kuna also mentioned a pilot project of the Central Bank of Ukraine on the issue of electronic hryvnia, which is still at the research and testing stage.

New exchanges created as part of the White Label program will be able to offer their customers such functionality as spot trading, margin trading, staking, fiat gateway and leverage up to 150x for futures products. In addition, the product has a modular structure and can be fully customized according to the client’s needs.

Blocknox, the crypto division of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange, will offer the services of its custodian service to institutional investors.
According to the company this Tuesday, Blocknox already stores crypto assets based on the escrow model and provides access to the service to users of the crypto application of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange BISON, as well as its BSDEX digital asset exchange. Now the company expects to attract new users to its services by offering a service for storing cryptocurrencies and “other digital assets” to institutional clients, including banks and asset managers.
The company said it had already developed a “multi-level security concept” to protect assets in its warehouse.
📝locknox notified regulators of the desire to obtain a license in accordance with the rules approved in Germany earlier this year. During the consideration of the appeal, the company is allowed to temporarily provide services for the storage of crypto assets. In the future, Blocknox expects to gain the status of a regulated financial services provider.

Представители Poloniex не делали никаких заявлений по поводу запуска ресурса для российских пользователей. Ранее в компании отмечали, что РФ является крупным рынком для криптовалютной отрасли, но отсутствие норм регулирования может вызвать массу проблем в дальнейшем. В частности, платформе придется изменять правила работы, если правительство примет соответствующие правовые нормы.
✅Главный офис Poloniex находится в США, из-за чего платформа работает на основании американских законов. Русскоязычные пользователи уже сейчас имеют доступ к бирже, но они должны быть резидентами стран, поддерживающих операции с криптовалютой. Representatives of Poloniex did not make any statements about the launch of the resource for Russian users. Earlier, the company noted that the Russian Federation is a large market for the cryptocurrency industry, but the lack of regulation can cause a lot of problems in the future. In particular, the platform will have to change the rules of work if the government adopts the relevant legal norms.
