Регуляторы Канады опубликовали консультационный документ с целью получить больше информации от участников криптовалютной отрасли, чтобы определить, как лучше всего регулировать платформы по торговле цифровыми активами.
✅Канадская администрация по ценным бумагам (CSA) и Организация по регулированию инвестиционной отрасли Канады (IIROC) заявили, что эта информация будет иметь решающее значение для адаптации финансового законодательства с целью удовлетворения потребностей новых торговых платформ.

📍Консультационный документ CSA и IIROC будет открыт для публичного обсуждения до 15 мая. Председатель CSA Луи Мориссет (Louis Morisset) также заявил, что консультации позволят разработать “более ясные” правила для платформ, одновременно улучшая защиту инвесторов и целостность рынка.

Canadian regulators have published a consultation document to get more information from participants in the cryptocurrency industry to determine how best to regulate digital asset trading platforms.
✅The Canadian Securities Administration (CSA) and the Investment Industry Regulatory Authority of Canada (IIROC) said that this information will be crucial to adapt financial legislation to meet the needs of new trading platforms.
“We need to adapt to innovations and provide the market with clarity on how regulatory requirements are best adapted and applied to these unique business models, while maintaining investor protection,” said IIROC President and CEO Andrew J. Criggler (Andrew J. Kriegler).
CS The CSA and IIROC Consultation Document will be open for public comment until May 15. CSA Chairman Louis Morisset (Louis Morisset) also said that the consultation will allow developing “clearer” rules for platforms, while improving investor protection and market integrity.
