Российский бюджет сможет ежегодно получать до 70 млрд рублей от использования резервов электроэнергии для добычи криптовалют. К такому выводу пришли аналитики компании BitCluster и уточнили, что средства можно получать от взимания налога на добавленную стоимость (НДС) с майнинг-предприятий.
Впервые о намерении использовать энергетические мощности для майнинга российские власти объявили в феврале прошлого года. Заместитель министра финансов Алексей Моисеев тогда подчеркнул, что правительство рассматривает варианты создания на территории страны нескольких зон или так называемых «криптодолин».
🔺Как уточняет агентство «РИА Новости», майнинг-зоны хотели создать на своей территории власти Крыма, Калининградской области и Приморского края. Эксперты BitCluster подсчитали, что для создания «криптодолины» на территории какого-либо региона необходимо инвестировать в этот проект около 1 млрд рублей.
В докладе компании подчеркивается, что в России много предпринимателей, заинтересованных в развитии бизнеса, связанного с добычей цифровых валют. Они готовы вложить средства в запуск майнинг-центров и профинансировать их работу.

For the first time, the Russian authorities announced their intention to use the power capacity for mining in February last year. Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseyev then stressed that the government is considering options for creating several zones or so-called cryptodoline in the country.
