    After months of immense developing and testing and literal years of researching and roadblocks, we are very excited to announce today that AGVR is officially here! All users please update to the new ghost-core, version 0.22.0.0. We will observe a hardfork at block height 591621(October 1st @ 8:00 am UTC) which will activate the AGVR protocol. At this block height it is critical for all Veterans to make their veteran transaction ASAP! After 21600 blocks (one month) have passed since your self-tx, you will then be eligible for AGVR and will start to notice them as you start mining blocks. To continue to be eligible for AGVR you must meet all of the conditions required for the protocol to pick you up.     This week Ghost will observe its first scheduled Block Reward reduction at block height 525600. From this point on the emission rate will reduce by 5% every year. The new block reward after this reduction will be approximately 11.4 $GHOST per block, down from 12 $GHOST per block.
