We’re living through difficult times now.
What else I can personally is to continue my work and share what I get to know,
what I find out for myself and for you.
What most of us are feeling today:

▪️anxiety
▪️heartbreak
▪️despair
▪️fear
These are tried and tested ways to deal with what you’re feeling.
🔹Manage your exposure: take regular breaks from news and social media.
🔹Stick to a routine: it is useful in making life feel a bit more predictable.
🔹Look after your body: physical activity is extremely valuable for managing mental wellbeing.
🔹Don’t be afraid to cry: firstly, it is perfectly ok. It also has a healing effect, too.
🔹Connect with others. “A problem shared is a problem halved”.
🔹Think how you can contribute.
