Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring great customer experience (channels — online chat, ticket system, mail, phone).
- Onboarding new customers and hosting live demonstration of the service.
- Collect and prioritize customers’ feedback.
- Set tasks in JIRA for our developers according to the feedback.
- Help our team continue delivering new features based on the collected feedback.
