What will you do in this position? - Management of the marketing team, contractors, and freelancers; - Coordinate and/or execute marketing activities to generate inbound inquiries (webinars, ads, ebook promotion, conferences, etc.); - Enhancement of the website and ensure the growth of the relevant traffic through SEO, PPC, social media, and other channels; - Conducting webinars and managing the company’s participation in international conferences and expos; - Development of the content plan and coordination of its execution; - Coordinate monthly email and LinkedIn newsletters; - Work with relevant listings (like Clutch) and industry organizations to make sure Mindy Support is included in the relevant reports / awards lists; - Make sure the development of the company’s LinkedIn profile and growth of the relevant followers; - Work with CRM system (HubSpot) and ensure all inbound inquiries are handled correctly; - Preparation of the relevant marketing reports; - Close collaboration with the sales team to make sure the teams are aligned.
