About the vacancy:
The person holding this position will coordinate activities and projects within the domain of the Industry Affairs unit: GR, non-profit & EDU affairs, charity and CSR.
The function entails the preparation of research, presentations, and meeting agendas. It also provides daily support for the unit’s activities in building relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the Company.
Requirements:
- Working experience in a relevant field (government, IT, charity, communication, non-profit, etc.) is a plus
- English: upper-intermediate or higher
- University Degree
- Strong working knowledge of office suite applications
- Good knowledge of business ethics and etiquette, business correspondence, and documents
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively anticipate requirements and identify/mitigate potential issues before they occur
- Superior attention to detail with expertise in establishing/maintaining relevant processes and systems
- Ability to set up and keep effective communications, explain problems comprehensively and briefly
- Outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills with a sense of urgency to follow through
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
