Job Introduction The Ukrainian Service is one of 42 language services in the BBC World Service. It has a multiplatform website and a large amount of video, interactive and audio content. Most of the team are located in Kyiv, with a few Journalists in London. Role Responsibility • The Designer will help to deliver information graphics and branding to support daily output for the Ukrainian service in both English and Ukrainian. You will develop the visual design and user experience delivering a polished design, taking into consideration typography, iconography, layout and brand identity. • You will contribute design expertise to project teams made up of journalists, product managers and developers, communicating conceptual ideas and design decisions to project teams. • This role will be creating infographics and UX work across various different screens, mobile, connected TV, tablet or desktop.
