Our client offers a competitive salary plus commissions.  Job Description: As Head of Casino, you will work to develop and execute strategic plans. The main goal is to deliver a great casino experience across all markets, increasing retention and attractiveness of the products. The role also includes supporting short-term tactical and long-term strategic projects.   Main Responsibilities: • Improve internal processes and marketing strategies connected to acquisition, retention, and Loyalty management; • Track and report on main goals including promotion channels, Bonus campaigns, Reload campaigns, Other Promotions, Tournaments, and Newsletters; • Market research, create marketing concepts and execute effective marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience, maximize activity to generate a return on investment, and increase the customer lifetime value; • Take responsibility for Product Development; • Liaise with the Customer Service department, ensuring the best possible customer experience (Customer activation, retention, reactivation); • Take responsibility for Implementation of new features; • Take responsibility for Сasino product strategy;   More about the vacancy ⤵️ https://bit.ly/3dwr4qF Sounds interesting?
