We are a team of 20, writing 900,000+ words a month in 15 different languages. We plan to make these numbers much larger and you would be the person to help us make it happen! Responsibilities: - Overtake, manage and improve the workflow of the content department that consists of managers, copywriters and freelance talent; - Maintain the balance between the speed and quality of the department’s content creation process; - Regularly evaluate the performance of our in-house writers and editors; - Interview and evaluate new candidates; - Assign incoming tasks to the members of the team and overlook deadline-sensitive tasks; - Develop workflows and checklists for new directions that our team might undertake.
