About the company:
Hey guys! We are looking for Java Team Lead for a new dating product!

It combines a chatbot-based matching model. We help people not only quickly and efficiently find a mate, but to find the only one.

You will have a lot of responsibilities, this role is only for serious guy:
– Lead BA Java team from technical side, make high-level architecture choices and dictate technical standard;
– Lead independently whole technical delivery from solution to deployment, contributing to the project success;
– Understand Business needs and processes;
Identify best solutions for project, as will as to be a best lead to a team;
– Design Application based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype if necessary, develop, unit test and deploy applications;
– Provide team members new technologies and tools, promote top code quality by leading design and code reviews, and solve challenging issues related to performance tuning and scalability.
