Skills and experience:
– experience with both small and large projects would be perfect;
– versatility and multidisciplinary;
– system thinking: you must be able to protect the choice of your decisions;
– ability to formulate ideas both in images and words;
– understanding the difference between idea and execution;
– compelling craftsmanship: typography, composition, etc.;
– advanced software skills;
– 3D is a plus;
– curiosity, constant desire to learn and develop.
