A1 SolarStore is an online store based in the USA, Florida. We sell solar panels and other equipment for PV systems.
We are looking for a customer support manager to assist client from order placement to delivery.
Требования:
- Fluent English speaker;
- Multitasking;
- Structured thinking;
- Stress tolerance.
Обязанности:
- Consult clients over the phone/email/chatbot on solar equipment prices and availability;
- Call customers to confirm order information, update on shipment status or give freight inspection instructions;
- Communicate with suppliers by phone/email concerning orders, availability, damaged goods replacement etc;
- Solve any types of order-related issues.

- Remote full-time job (10 am - 18 pm, NY time);

Оплата:
- 50 000 - 80 000 руб.
