Обязанности: - Consult clients over the phone/email/chatbot on solar equipment prices and availability; - Call customers to confirm order information, update on shipment status or give freight inspection instructions; - Communicate with suppliers by phone/email concerning orders, availability, damaged goods replacement etc; - Solve any types of order-related issues.
