HR Manager to Koscom Cable Inc Требования: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. - Over two years of human resource management experience preferred. - Very good command of English language - Desire to grow and help grow. Обязанности: - Your job, as the HR Manager would be to help them get trained, employed and to encourage them to strive for growth and excellence, while providing support every step of the way. How you do this work: - You do this work remotely, simply following the KCI’s HR workflow. - You organize the process of onboarding the technicians and the process of helping them solve any of their issues after they are hired. - You are available and accessible for the technician to be able to count on your support, guidance and help. You like to call and talk to make sure every concern of the technician is addressed. - You use the KCI’s CRM system to assist you in your work.
