Sun Has Teeth. Solo exhibition by Amanda Ziemele at Latvian National Museum of Art.
Amanda Ziemele won the Purvītis Prize 2021 — Latvia's most prestigious and substantial art award. She does not limit herself to the traditional two-dimensional rectangle. Still, Amanda arranges her artworks in unusual forms and spaces, where every little scrap of colour or the distance makes sense.
