In your role, you’ll be involved in various Gaming and Immersive projects, managing professional teams to achieve established goals with expected quality. 🚀 Что ты будешь делать • Management of teams within projects • Manage the planning, scope and delivery plans of projects and products • Coordinate sprints, and facilitate scrum events • Coach team members in the scrum framework and agile ways of working • Collaborate with the internal producer and team to translate requirements into a realistic delivery plan • Facilitate communication and effective collaboration within the business (e.g. updating internal stakeholders as plans change, managing delays and blockers, escalation of issues as required, working with partner teams to establish working agreements) • Work with internal producer and workstream leads to manage backlogs, new features, and triage support requests • Help teams implement changes effectively • Hold the team accountable to their commitments and agreed ways of working • Guide teams to higher agile maturity • Introduce metrics to help the team understand their performance and identify areas for improvement 📚 Твои скиллы • 3+ year of experience in a similar position • Working with creative teams, art teams, development teams • Understanding of project management process at different stages from estimation to delivery of finished result • Clear timelines and budget observance • Excellent communication skills • Excellent verbal and written english (upper-intermediate/advanced/proficiency) • Work with youtrack, asana or other task and time management systems 👍 Круто, если знаешь • Excellent knowledge of agile • Excellent knowledge of scrum and experience of using scrum with data teams • Experience in development flow, ci/cd (likely to have) • Experience in specifics of ios and android platforms • Analytical skills, attention to details • Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, data governance, and data visualization • Experience of using agile tools and techniques (e.g. user story mapping, example mapping) to help teams deliver value • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills 🍪 Условия и плюшки • Competitive salary in usd or rur on your choice • Paid 21-day vacation • Sick leave compensation • English courses • Gym compensation • Team building activities • Annual performance reviews with possible salary raises 📨 Контакты Прудникова Олеся +7 963 7160803 [email protected] #UnrealEngine #GameDev #FullTime #Remote #Icvr
