The studio itself is working with Unreal Engine and is fully remote. This role will support improving our pipeline and providing artists with the tools they need to streamline and support their production. 🚀 Что ты будешь делать • Improving the pipelines, processes, and workflows for content development • Providing content developers with support for the department's tools and pipelines • Providing documentation and mentorship to the content development teams in order for them to effectively utilize our tools and technology • Creating sample content to illustrate new workflows and visual enhancements • Collaborating with the content creation teams and supporting them with new tools • Maintaining a clean common facility pipeline across various projects (tools, automation, and processes) • Keeping up with the latest technological breakthroughs and advancements in the game industry 📚 Твои скиллы • 5+ years of professional production experience with aaa game titles • Ability to assess existing workflows/pipelines and make recommendations for, propose, and execute improvements • A problem solver with a passion for removing roadblocks for artists and empowering them to produce extraordinary quality at scale • Excellent c++ skills and knowledge of python, pymel, pyqt/pyside • Knowledge of key dcc application apis: 3ds max, maya (blender, houdini a bonus) • Experience in writing hlsl/cgfx shaders is also a huge bonus • Experience in mari or substance is a bonus • At least 1 shipped aaa game as a technical artist • Artistic background is a plus • Passionate about gaming, with a keen interest in crypto and blockchain technology • Ability to work remotely and independently with flexible hours • Strong communication skills ℹ️ Полезная информация Please note: This is a full-time long-term freelance contract and candidates must have their own equipment and licenses. 🌐 Vacancy link #UnrealEngine #GameDev #FullTime #Code #Art #Senior #Remote #IngameRecruitmentLtd
