JUNIOR GAME DESIGNER (Next Mission) 🧠 Junior 💰 $15.00 - $17.00 per hour ⏰ Contract 🌎 Удаленно 🚀 Что ты будешь делать • Work closely with the game producer and design team to create fun, engaging and diverse experiences within the vision of heroes league • Conceptualize, design, implement and maintain game content and systems and create detailed and easy to follow game design documentation, wireframes, storyboards and prototypes • Work with developers on design problems, content creation, and data integration • Creating games, levels and environments within the heroes league and keeping them consistent within creative design guidelines • Supporting other game designers in all ongoing and future prototypes/projects to keep them consistent in heroes league quality • Creating gameplay prototypes and a database of gameplay concepts that could be used for future development • Respond to qa and design issues in development 📚 Твои скиллы • About 2-3 years of experience in a game designer role • Good understanding of mmorpgs, rpgs, mobile games or virtual worlds, ideally with an educational purpose, with the ability to reference mechanics, controls, and gameplay elements from those games • A basic understanding of any major commercial game 3d engine (unity, unreal, godot) • Understanding of balancing complex game, reward and economy systems and a firm grasp of what makes games compelling, interesting and engaging • Able to work well under pressure and to adapt quickly to change • Have some experience or high interest working in education or cognitive science-related fields • Ability to work within a highly dynamic environment where team members often have multiple responsibilities • Self-disciplined; with strong motivation and the ability to work well in a team and alone • Solid communication, presentation and pitching skills, problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to change and trends within the gaming community 🌐 Vacancy link #UnrealEngine #GameDev #Contract #Art #Junior #Remote #NextMission
