You will be the first game designer on an amazing new cross-platform co-op FPS game with the unique opportunity to help shape this exciting new title. 🚀 Что ты будешь делать • Play a key role in defining, maintaining and communicating the creative vision for a new first-person shooter game, ensuring a thrilling player experience • Collaborate with an agile, cross-functional team to implement that game vision • Drive gameplay, systems and content design through all development phases by providing both high-level direction and hands-on design implementation • Solve creative & technical challenges that require navigating ambiguity and production constraints • Exemplify proven game design practices to the team and mentor junior designers to help them level up 📚 Твои скиллы • Experience designing & developing shooter games, with a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors • Extensive experience as a game designer who has worked on complete production cycles from concept to ship • Hands-on, in-engine experience developing a successful action combat game • Experience using unreal/blueprint to rapidly prototype gameplay • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey designs clearly • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to deliver high-quality designs on time • Experience mentoring other game designers • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the united states on a full-time basis 🌐 Vacancy link #UnrealEngine #GameDev #FullTime #Art #Remote #DemiurgeStudios
