Investment Analyst in Olympus Advisors Remote job, 50hours/month, EUR 800-1000 Olympus Advisors is a boutique investment bank and strategic consulting firm headquartered in the Republic of San Marino. Our team has extensive experience across a wide variety of practice areas including M&A, merchant banking, private equity, and strategy consulting. We are currently seeking an Investment Analyst to support our investment team in analyzing and executing investment transactions. This position offers an opportunity to work across different industries with an extensive pipeline of potential deals, including PE / industrial (both prop and IBD), VC for third party funds, commercial real estate. Responsibilities • Conduct industry and company-specific research and analysis. • Develop financial models and perform valuations of investment projects. • Prepare materials for external and internal use, including investment memorandums, presentations, and term sheets. • Participate in deal structuring and execution. • Assist the team with various internal requests and reporting. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-ranked university. A CFA or other relevant certification would be a plus. • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or valuation/M&A. • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business valuation skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Result-oriented, a good team player with high professional standards and integrity. • Willingness to learn and develop expertise across a wide range of industries.
