🌿🇸🇪 Lagom: The Swedish Art of Living a Balanced, Happy Life
I just can't wait to share with you something that I've found today. Scrolling the feed I came upon a word Lagom and it interested me at once - it turned out that Lagom is a uniquely Swedish term that doesn’t have an English equivalent. Not only does it not translate perfectly but its just a very Swedish idea, or feeling. Lagom is “Just enough,” “Not too much or too little,” “Just right,” “Enough to go around,” “Fair share.” It indicates balance. It is related to the principle of living a balanced, moderately paced, low-fuss life. 🌱
