I’m trying to pull myself together and move on. Work is the best way to take my mind off unpleasant things as well as reading – it really helps me to fall asleep. And cycling – sometimes it’s hard for me to stay at home since everything reminds me of my loss, so I take my bicycle, go outside & ride as long as I can 🚲
I feel that I need to come back and start posting again so that I can escape from negative thoughts 💭
