Key Responsibilities: 🔸Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure engineers, providing technical direction, performance management, and professional development. 🔸Manage the hardware operations of our server fleet across our globally distributed datacentre locations. 🔸Develop and implement strategies for infrastructure optimization, capacity planning, and performance monitoring to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our cloud services. 🔸Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute infrastructure projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices. 🔸Oversee incident management, ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis of infrastructure-related issues. 🔸Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and evolve NexGen Cloud's infrastructure. 🔸Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and architectural diagrams to support infrastructure operations and projects. 🔸Ensure strict compliance with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. 🔸Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the Infrastructure team and across the organization.
