Responsibilities will be: 🔸Finding prospects for new websites using a range of different techniques (Google search operators, competitive backlink analysis, LinkedIn outreach, slack communities & forums, directories & listicles/ top 10s) 🔸Creating highly personalized pitches based on industry, website information, decision-maker, etc. 🔸Continually testing and optimising different pitches, and improving partnerships deck 🔸Following up with each prospect using a multi-touch process (e.g. email, Linkedin, etc) 🔸Correctly qualifying websites based on hard metrics (niche, domain authority, traffic) and soft metrics (website aesthetics) 🔸Tiering each new partnership correctly (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze), and inputting them into CRM 🔸Creating weekly reports on your progress (e.g. pitches sent, new partnerships won, learnings from pitch experiments, etc) 🔸Hitting monthly new partnerships goals 🔸Communicating with team Our future research manager has these characteristics: 🔸High English level (C1) 🔸Have 1-year experience working in a similar role (e.g. SEO, link building, Outreach, Digital Marketing) 🔸Have experience with different prospecting techniques (Linkedin outreach, Google search operators, etc) 🔸You keep up to date with the latest SEO, biz dev, and partnership trends 🔸Ability to assess the quality of a website with hard metrics (niche, domain authority, traffic) but also soft metrics (aesthetics) 🔸Experience working remotely and you have a fast internet connection We offer: 🔸Working hours are flexible 🔸Full-time work with the contract, 100% remotely 🔸36 days of paid vacation per year (including bank holidays in your country) 🔸150 euros monthly wellbeing budget (e.g. spend on co-work, gym, spa session, healthy food, etc) 🔸Regular online team buildings 🔸A strong culture of innovation & learning.
