Responsibilities: SEO: 🔸Making sure there is an overall sustainable growth of positions as per SERanking; 🔸Compilation of the semantic core, analysis of key search queries; 🔸Finding problematic points of the website and its content and fixing them; 🔸Link-building; 🔸Finalizing articles for publications (SEO and readability matters) and writing titles, meta-descriptions; 🔸Developing user experience (UX) on the website; 🔸Designing landing pages (style, text creation, drafting and coding, testing). SEM & SMM: 🔸Analysis of the main metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROI/ROMI. Adapting the traffic according to the metrics; 🔸Setting up and optimization of marketing campaigns in social media (FB, Instagram, YouTube). Other: 🔸Building end-to-end analytics to link marketing channels and measure the result; 🔸Search, testing and optimization of new digital marketing channels for promoting the company's services. Requirements: 🔸Work experience in SEO/SERM not less than 1,5 years, knowledge and deep understanding of principles and ranking algorithms in Yandex and Google; 🔸Understanding of the main metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROI/ROMI. Knowledge of adapting the traffic according to the metrics; 🔸Confident user of Yandex.Direct, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrics, Yandex Wordstat, Google Trends; 🔸Experience of management and independent work on social media targeting; 🔸Good time-management and analytical skills; technologically advanced and IT competent; 🔸Knowledge of graphic and video editing programs (Photoshop/inDesign etc.) is an advantage; 🔸Previous experience of working with parsers is desirable; 🔸Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices in consulting is a plus; 🔸B2B online marketing experience is an advantage; 🔸Team player attitude.
