Cilia are an amazing "tool" of our body These formations are located at many different points in the human body, but they always serve one main function. 👉🏻 They create a wave-like beat. Typically located in large numbers on the surface of cells, cilia create this "wave", which conditions the movement of single cells and the flow of various tissue fluids. And this is how "geographically" varied is the use of ciliums: - they assist in the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the ventricles of the brain; - assist in the movement of eggs and sperm in the reproductive tract; - push mucus and foreign particles out of the respiratory tract.
