The blood travels through the vessels not in a linear way, but in "jumps". It's more like in jerks. This happens because the heart itself works in jerks. That's why we can feel the pulse in the major arteries. But cinematography, for some reason, is not aware of such obviousness and often demonstrates how blood goes through the vessels in a continuous flow🙌🏻
