Ulnar dimelia (mirror hand syndrome). It is a phenomenon with the thumb missing, and the hand doubled. Thus, a person has seven or eight fingers on one limb at once. Most treatment is surgical, although some people adjust to the anomaly and live a normal life without resorting to surgery.
