True knots of the umbilical cord and twins. There are cases where the vessels of the umbilical cord become intertwined, forming knots. Sometimes these formations may be the source of internal fetal abnormalities, oxygen deficiency, developmental anomalies. In this case, surprisingly, the pregnancy went well, only we had to do a cesarean section, to prevent injury to the children in childbirth. Both children are healthy.
