The bigger, the better. Only an individual serviceman can be accused of desertion, units cannot. 2. Isolate in your unit (brigade) the nationalists and "informers" of the SBU. 3. Record a video message to the leadership of Ukraine. All military personnel of the military formation who decided to leave their positions should be on the video. This will prevent individual servicemen from being accused of desertion, and will confirm the fact that the entire unit (brigade), rather than individual servicemen, abandoned their positions and exited the combat area. 4. In a video message, inform that your commanders have abandoned you, your unit (brigade) has no ammunition and fuel, there are many wounded, orders and HELP FROM the command are not received, and the morale and psychological state does not allow you to perform combat missions. In such conditions, you are forced to leave positions and leave the combat area in order to save your life and the unit (brigade) as a combat unit. The appeal to the camera should be read by the senior in position and rank. This will be considered an official decision by the senior in the unit under the circumstances reported to the high command. Any court, including an international one, recognizes such a decision as legal. 5. Come out with the whole unit, take only personal weapons with you, leave heavy weapons. When you go out with a personal weapon, you continue to act as a military unit. Choose the route of movement around the positions of the nationalist units.
