This role will be responsible for the end to end ownership for key research studies and would entail all elements of research including research design, instrument preparation, data analysis & reporting. ✏️What we Offer: - Relocation package (work permit support, tickets, etc.) for a candidate and his/her family; - Relocation to Malaysia or Cyprus; - Medical insurance for employees, and family; - Transportation, sports, meals reimbursement. 📌What we wait for: - Minimum 3 years experience in the market research industry or in a research role in a financial/ fintech organization; - Experience in developing qualitative (e.g., focus groups) and quantitative (e.g., survey design) research; - Proficiency with research tools, including data analysis software (e.g. SPSS, R), survey tools (e.g. Survey Monkey, Qualtrics etc.) data analysis & visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc.); - Experience with field experiments, experimental design, survey sampling, and/or panel data; - Good knowledge of SQL; - Fluent English.
