Online Store Manager Job brief We are looking for a results driven online Store Manager to be responsible for the overall shopify store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals. Responsibilities include: • Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability • Ensuring high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc • Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc) • Reply in the chat on the site and to emails to customers regarding goods, delivery and payment for goods • Tracking stock balances, timely replenishment of stock balances, interaction with fulfillment • Additional online store manager duties as needed Required Skills • Knowledge of Hebrew and English.
