Please read below and if you believe you match the descriptions, reach out to us directly: Outlet Manager — This role is for the signature café dining experience, Social Company, where the guests join us throughout the day to sip, bite & mix. In this venue, we are looking for a manager who is hands on, leads by example and can building lasting relationships with the guests. The ideal candidate will come from a similar café background, either within a hotel or stand alone and be familiar with premium casual dining. In your role, you will also be responsible for the operations of event space as well as In Room Dining for a hotel of 210 keys. Assistant Outlet Manager — This role is for the signature, award-winning Pan Asian restaurant, Lah Lah. We are looking for a candidate who is already in a similar role, ready to progress to Outlet Manager in the next 6-12 months and is familiar with high paced, high volume dining. This venue can be quite challenging with a big, diverse team and a loyal customer base who expect the highest levels of service. The Assistant Manager will also assist with the F&B at the pool as well as the private dining event space in the venue.
