Junior Renewal Representative with Portuguese (Brazil Market) at Semrush
Обязанности:
— Make sure existing Semrush users renew their subscription on time;
— Educate users about new features and product updates;
— Look for possible upsell opportunities within the existing customer base;
— Deliver amazing customer experience;
— Answer incoming product and pricing-related questions.
Требования:
— English language (B2+);
— Portuguese language (C1/C2);
— Ability to learn quickly;
— Previous experience in a customer-facing/sales role is a plus;
— Desire to spend the majority of our working time interacting with users and answering incoming questions;
— Analytical mindset.
Условия работы:
— Working hours from 15.00 until 00.00 (GMT+3) (8 working hours + 1 hour for lunch).
— Career in rapidly growing IT.
— Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
— 5 working days (Monday-Friday).
— Comfortable and cozy office near Moskovskiye Vorota subway station.
