We are Russian speaking team working for EU, US markets. More about the project - https://b2b.ultb.io/.😊 We are looking for a middle/senior recruiter who will help us scale our team of line staff. We expect that you will start as a part-time employee with a potential to grow to a full-time HR/HRD over time. We will need to close a couple of admin positions (finance/legal), but most of the job will be concentrated around line staff: sales managers, account managers, operation specialists. We will expect you to close around 5 positions per month. We are happy to hire Russian speaking candidates, but all of them should be fluent in English. Your responsibilities 🧐: - Creating JD from scratch with inputs from stakeholders; - Setting up working funnel of suitable candidates; - Filtering out CVs; - Conducting screening interviews in English. Our expectations from you 🤓: - Experience in recruitment for B2B; - Experience in hiring line staff; - Fluent English; - Experience in hiring international specialists and working with international channels; - 15-25 working hours per week.
