Social Media Content Manager, fully remote, Inca Digital An American FinTech company Inca Digital is looking for a Social Media Content Manager to help us grow. We are open to candidates with minimal experience, but ready to learn. This can be a part-time or a full-time position with a flexible schedule and the possibility to assume more responsibilities. Requirements Fluent English. We are an international team and most of the business is conducted in English. Experience in Social Media management. Independence. There will be no marching orders. You are expected to organize your day, get the work done, and speak up when there's a problem. Willingness to learn. We can teach you everything and don't have any strict experience requirements, but you must be willing to learn every day. Duties Rework social media presence strategy; Write engaging captions for different media platforms; Create posting schedule and execute it; Collaborate with the design team on the development and production of original social content (images, videos, GIFs, infographics, etc.); Identify and execute ongoing improvements to level up the performance of our social media efforts.
