Qualifications
— Proven track record of successful projects and people management role in international healthcare company. (5-8 years). Experience on the agency side is a plus;
— Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a must.

Major tasks and responsibilities of position
— Leading and coordinating Communications initiatives in order to effectively support PH and CH brands in line with marketing needs and market trends;
— Manage crisis situations with respect to media to minimize risk to Bayer brands and company reputation;
— Ensure Communications activities increase Bayer’s brands awareness as well as support Bayer’s reputation in Russia;
— Provide expertize within PH and CH divisions in terms of corporate branding5. Manage media relations to ensure maximize positive media exposure for PH and CH through press events, press releases, interviews and comments provided to media;
— To create, lead and effectively implement local CSR strategy and action plan;
— Develop and manage Bayer’s digital channels: internet sites and social media;
— Collaborate with business associations and thought leaders to position Bayer as a leader in healthcare.
