Responsibilities:
— Optimize investments and customer path, impact on product;
— Responsible for operational excellence of contact with the client;
Implement & lead omnichannel transformation project for Ru, KZ & EE (JUMP!);
— Take over EE countries Data intelligence processes and work;
— Managing a team of 6 persons + 3 to hire for EE cluster;
— Close business partner of CRM, Marketing, IT, Digital & Retail departments;
— Close interaction with DATA Central team and VPC (Catalog business) cluster.
