Qualifications:
— Experience in Retail is mandatory.
— Experience with Beauty / Personal Care brands is mandatory.
— Advanced level in English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
— Proven record of effectiveness of product and communication actions.
— Experience of working in a global team is an advantage.
— Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.

Responsibilities:
— Develop Integrated Commercial Plans in cooperation with EE Marketing Directors and relevant teams.
— Collect from EE countries product performances, market trends evolution, consumer behavior, and competitors activity to identify market opportunities for existing and new products, generate new product ideas and promote them to the Central team, identify product features and claims needed to meet EE countries consumer needs.
— Share the pricing methodology with local EE Pricing manager in order to guarantee pricing consistency in line with local Brand positioning and market context.
— Prepare sales forecasts for new product launches; monitor sales volume, revenue, and cost against forecasts
