— Higher education, ideally in Marketing/ Economics
— At least 3 years of experience as a leader of a product & communication marketing team
— Experience in Retail is mandatory
— Experience with Beauty / Personal Care brands is mandatory
— Advanced level in English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is an advantage

— Gap analyses of existing Product/Pricing management between Polish cluster and Russia
— Elaboration of processes in link with Russian Brand Marketing team in order to guarantee the full support for EE countries on Product, Pricing, Communication
— Definition and building of Tools supporting Product , Pricing and Communication activities in EE countries
— Product & Pricing Management
— Research/ studies
— Deploy the internal communication plan on Russian cluster project evolution
