We are looking for a Data Scientist/AI Engineer to join our technology team to solve exciting business problems. Responsibilities: - Proactively propose ML solutions for given business objective; - Research and develop novel AI solutions; - Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and accuracy; - Ensure scalability and future maintenance of the designed ML models; - Measure risks associated with ML model deployment and maintenance; - Revisit the ML solutions and perform code refactoring; - Monitor execution and health of production ML models; - Interpret ML model for non-ML audience; - Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to leadership. Requirements: - Proficiency in ML algorithms such as multi-class classifications, decision trees, support vector machines and deep learning (PyTorch preferably); - Strong understanding of probability and statistical models (generative and descriptive models); - Experience working on NLP problems (named entity recognition, text generation, etc); - Advanced Python programming skills; - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and results to technical and business audiences in a comprehensive manner; - Experience in developing and deploying enterprise-scale ML solutions; - Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
