We are looking for a Middle to Senior level Data Engineer. Responsibilities: - Identify, design, and implement working practices across data pipelines, data architectures, testing and deployment - Understand complex business requirements and providing solutions to business problems - Understand modern data architecture approach including event-driven, data streaming and data mesh - Defining data engineering best practice and sharing across the organization Requirements: - 3+ years experience as a Data Engineer - Experience in designing & Implementing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes - Knowledge of Data Modelling, and DWH development principals - Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL - Strong knowledge of Python language to work with data - Knowledge of PySpark/Spark SQL essentials - Understanding the working principals of at least one orchestrator (Airflow, Oozie, etc., ADF is preferable) - Highly proficient in spoken and written English Good to have: - Experience using the Microsoft Azure Data Stack (ADFv2, Azure SQL DB, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Cosmos DB) - desirable - CI/CD, Azure DevOps experience, desirable - Linux and bash scripting For details @i_am_dana
